In accordance with the guidelines set out by the UK Government, Zeno is required to hold documents that prove an individual’s eligibility to work in the UK.
You will be required to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK and will be supplied with the list of admissible documents during the interview process (the list can be found here). This is a UK Government list, not one created by Zeno. All employees are required to provide eligible documents regardless of race or country of origin.
As per Government Employment Law, Zeno will retain a copy of the provided document for the duration of your employment and for a period of two years following the end of your employment.
Where a document contains an end date you will be required to supply continuing evidence of your eligibility when the previous document is due to expire.
