It is Zeno’s policy and responsibility to ensure the health and safety of supported people, our staff, and the public. Each service has its own Health and Safety File, in which managers record daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all aspects of Health and Safety. All staff are required to pass a Health and Safety course, for which we provide full training, as well as additional e-learning modules covering fire safety and food hygiene. We ensure all accidents and RIDDOR reports are reported according to the Health and Safety Executive, and all Health and Safety procedures are completed at a high standard.
Zeno works closely with a specialist, and they help us to plan and monitor our services, and provide us with a set of tools and techniques to maintain a high standard of Health and Safety across our services.
