Meet The Team

My role is to direct and manage the overall service. I work with each service user directly on service commencement to establish the compatibility of each service user to each service. I have worked with people with mild to severe learning disabilities with mental health problems and who exhibit challenging and complex behaviour for fifteen years. As the founder of Zeno, I have a wide range of experience and professional training within the learning disability field. I have an MSc psychology & disability degree and I am a registered manager at NVQ level IV for the learning disability field.

The quality of the care and services we provide, is based on a foundation of employing the right people, engaging the people we support, and their family, to become a single team with a single focus. Our approach encourages collaboration, engenders good relationships, and gives all individuals the space to thrive. My role is simply to help facilitate this, embracing positive changes, removing where possible the administrative burden from the teams delivering the care and ensuring the processes are in place to enable our goals to be achieved.
